As of the afternoon of Saturday 19th September, 2020 the Ministry reports the following:

|Number of samples which have tested positive at public and private facilities in Trinidad and Tobago||3,853|
|Total number of active cases||2,097|
|Number of deaths||61|
|Number of persons discharged from public health facilities||829|
|Number of recovered community cases||866|
The Ministry of Health provides the following update:
· One hundred and fourteen (114) additional persons have tested positive for COVID -19.
· The Ministry of Health regrets to inform the public that there is an additional COVID-19 related death. The person is an adult male with comorbidities. This brings the total number of COVID-19 related deaths to 61.
